Estimado.

Si con todos estos pasos no se pudo, el problema sólo puede estar en la PC, por lo tanto, hay que investigar el origen del mismo revisando configuración de sistema operativo, red, permisos, etc.

Le sugiero se comunique con la oficina para solicitar la intervención de un técnico.

He desinstalado todos los .net, además corrí una herramienta de Windows para terminar de realizar la limpieza (cleanup_tool), ccleaner para limpieza de registros y reinicié la PC. Recién ahi volví a instalar .net que me indicaron y sigue presentando el mismo error.

Pruebe desinstalando TODOS los .NET de la PC e instalar sólo el del link enviado.

Buenos días, les comento que el .net instalado en el equipo fue descargado desde ese mismo link que me señalas. Por otro lado he verificado en una PC donde si está funcionando el CRM y tiene instalado la misma versión.

Pruebe desinstalar el .Net Framework 4 (todos los que tenga) e instale el .Net Framework 4 Full (no el Client Profile como tiene ahora instalado, según el detalle que nos enviara por mail).

Buenas tardes, luego de aplicar una actualización del CRM. El sistema arroja un error relacionado con el .neframework 4. Ya he intentado desinstalar el .net y volverlo a instalar pero sigue arrojando la misma falla. También he desinstalado el sistema CRM y lo he vuelto a instalar sin resultados positivos.
