Si te pide la version 12 es el 2008, no hay otro. Probá de desinstalar todos los runtime del crystal que tengas e instalar solo http://www.macri.com.ar/files/cr2008.zip

Pablo, gracias nuevamente por responder. Instale el 2005, el 2008 y ahora el 2010.

Me tira el mismo error con cualquiera de los 3.

Estas trabajando con una version vieja del crm, el que necesita esa version es el 2008 (http://www.macri.com.ar/files/cr2008.zip

Si actualizas a la nueva version, vas a usar el 2010.

Te está faltando actualizar el runtime del crystal, lo podes hacer desde http://www.macri.com.ar/files/cr2010.zip

Buenos dias, tengo el siguiente problema en uno de los terminales, a la hora de imprimir. Pasa solo en ese terminal, en los demas funciona okey.
