Entonces entiendo que el PDF se ve bien desde cualquier terminal al abrirlo, pero el problema es al imprimir.

Al abrir el PDF no imprime la mascara desde cualquier terminal?
Tienen otra impresora conectada para probar de imprimir allí?

1- En las 2 terminales que se probo y sale bien, a que te referis? A ver bien la mascara?
2- En el servidor verifica que la impresora por defecto tenga el papel en A4
3- Desde la maquina que facturan, al poner INICIO > EJECUTAR > C:\IMAGEN\FCVP.JPG ven la mascara?

QUEDA EL SERVIDOR, QUE SALEN CORRIDOS LOS DATOS Y MAS GRANDES PERO IMPRIME LA FACTURA COMPLETA
Y LA MAQUINA DESDE LA QUE FACTURAMOS QUE NO SALE LA MASCARA Y VOLVERE A REVISAR MAÑANA.

2- Desde dicha terminal se probo la emision de facturas y no salia la mascara?
3- En cualquier terminal tiene el problema?

Si copias la ruta completa del JFP del recuadro y en algunta terminal (no servidor) la pegas en INICIO > EJECUTAR y das enter. Te abre correctamente el JPG?

Para estar seguros, envia la ruta completa del JPG como aparece en el recuadro.

Que datos están en la ventana "Definición" dentro de Ventas > Archivos > Carga Inicial > Talonarios, para el talonario en cuestión? (marcado en amarillo).

Hola,

Por favor verificar tanto en servidor como terminales, que la impresora por defecto esté con papel A4. Sobre la impresión de encabezado, verificar que la máscara (imagen de factura), se encuentre en una ruta con acceso desde las terminales.

CUANDO SE ABRE EL ARCHIVO EN PDF QUE ESTA EN ADMINISTRACION DE COMPROBANTES EN PANTALLA SE VISUALIZA COMPLETO, PERO IMPRIME SOLO LOS DATOS DE LA FACTURA,SIN LOS ENCABEZADOS DE LA EMPRESA, ESO EN UNA MAQUINA
