Hoy actualice a la versión el CRM 2012.07.1.0 Cuando abro un presupuesto, me tira un error. Si hago clic en continue, puedo seguir.

Tambien si quiero imprimir el presupuesto, me aparece este error.

con respecto al primer error fijese de usar la ultima version. Si con la version actual le da el error vemos de analizarlo en mas detalle.
Con respecot al segundo, le falta actualizar el motor de impresion del crystal. Lo puede descargar desde http://www.macri.com.ar/files/cr2010.zip" rel="nofollow - http://www.macri.com.ar/files/cr2010.zip

Para instalarlo debe descomprimir el archivo y copiar el contenido de la carpeta “Actualizador” al directorio de instalación del sistema (por defecto C:\ARCHIVOS DE PROGRAMA\MACRI Y ASOCIADOS S.A\CRM) del servidor y de cada PC donde se encuentre instalado el mismo.

 

Si tienen algún reporte personalizado (formato, logo, etc.), no deben sobrescribir el .rpt correspondiente (por ej. RptPresupuestos.rpt).

 

Si actualiza desde una versión anterior a la 2012.07.0, debe instalar también la nueva versión de Crystal Reports 2010, cuyo instalador puede descargar desde http://www.macri.com.ar/files/cr2010.zip" rel="nofollow - .

 

Como siempre, antes de realizar la conversión, es altamente recomendable contar con un backup completo al día.
